4 Years Younger in 4 Weeks

Class #1 - Your Skin     Session #3 - Go Green!

Remember to eat your greens! Any food that is green and fresh is ultimately good for a healthy skin tone!

I've learned that the key to great skin is not always what you put on the outside of your body, but also what you put into it! Look at your skin, hair, and nails and you can very often tell if you're eating right. Is your skin soft and moist or it is dry and rough? If you don't feed the body's largest organ what it needs to look its best, you'll look older, rather than youthful .  Broccoli, Spinach and Brussels sprouts are good! These foods are high in Vitamin A and C. Another interesting good green food is hemp. It is high in Omega 3 and can improve the look and feel of your skin and hair!

Did you know, that a deficiency of Vitamin A causes flaky/dry skin, and can cause skin to break out/acne?

Holiday Hint: If you want to know what one of your family members or friends would like for the holidays, and they have a Pinterest page, take a look without them knowing. Typically we will put things we wish we had there. So no more asking what someone wants or needs, now we have a sheet sheet!

Speaking of Holidays, check out my current Irresistible Offer, either for yourself, or for a gift!
